Bios are boring but here we are. Anyone who knows me knows that my handwriting is atrocious, so be thankful there's a script font!

I'm a researcher, writer and a big thinker. I don't take no for an answer when the world doesn't make sense and I am sure there IS an answer; I always seek creative, collaborative solutions. I believe people make the world more complex than it needs to be.

I practice what I preach, and where I can't practice I envision it, then execute, because that's how we can make change. My goal is to share resources that  I have curated and knowledge translated, so that you can begin your practice where I leave off, instead of doing it yourself.

And the bio part: educator, innovator, and tinkerer. Mother and wife,  friend and colleague. School system physical therapist, ABPTS Board Certified, doctorally trained. I care about equity, inclusion, and access for all for all the things that will make people more fulfilled humans and help them realize their potential. I would love to hear from you!
